Cancellation Policy for Consumers

This cancellation policy applies exclusively to consumers within the meaning of Section 13 of the German Civil Code (BGB).

Entrepreneurs, clinics, medical practices, dealers and other commercial buyers do not have a statutory right of cancellation.

Right of Cancellation

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, received the goods.

by means of a clear statement, for example by email or letter, of your decision to cancel this contract.

You may use the model cancellation form attached below for this purpose. However, using this form is not mandatory.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.

Effects of Cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse all payments we have received from you, including the costs of standard delivery.

Additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us will not be reimbursed.

For the reimbursement, we will use the same payment source that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

The reimbursement will be made without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive your notice of cancellation.

We may withhold the reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods.

You must return the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you informed us of the cancellation.

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling that was not necessary to inspect the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Note on Used Medical Devices

We do not offer voluntary returns for used medical devices.

A statutory right of cancellation for consumers remains unaffected, provided that it exists in the individual case and no statutory exclusion applies.

Note for Entrepreneurs / B2B Customers

Entrepreneurs within the meaning of Section 14 BGB, clinics, medical practices, dealers and other commercial buyers do not have a statutory right of cancellation.

Returns in the B2B sector are only accepted if expressly agreed in writing or if statutory defect rights apply.
