Our products are carefully inspected. We accept no responsibility for damage caused by improper handling, installation, storage, or use after purchase.
Used medical devices are sold with the product information provided for each item. The buyer is responsible for checking the suitability of the device for the intended use before purchase.
All prices are stated in euros (EUR).
Delivery costs vary depending on the order, weight, and destination. The applicable shipping costs will be displayed to the buyer before completion of the order or communicated individually before conclusion of the contract.

For used medical devices, bulky products, special deliveries, or deliveries outside Europe, shipping costs will be calculated individually and communicated before conclusion of the contract.
Any customs duties, import charges, taxes, or other fees for deliveries outside the European Union shall be borne by the buyer, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
Consumers generally have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days for distance contracts, unless a statutory exclusion applies.
The withdrawal period begins on the day on which the consumer or a third party designated by the consumer, who is not the carrier, has received the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer must inform us by means of a clear statement, for example by email or letter, of their decision to withdraw from the contract.

In the event of an effective withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from the consumer, including the costs of standard delivery. Additional costs resulting from the consumer choosing a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us will not be refunded.
The refund will be made to the original payment source used by the consumer for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. The consumer will not incur any additional costs for the refund.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until the consumer has provided proof that the goods have been returned.
The consumer shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods, provided that the consumer was properly informed of this obligation before conclusion of the contract.
The goods must be returned without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which the consumer informs us of the withdrawal.
The goods must be returned complete and in proper condition.
The consumer shall only be liable for any loss in value of the goods if such loss in value is due to handling that was not necessary to inspect the condition, characteristics, and function of the goods.
Statutory rights in the event of defects remain unaffected.
We do not offer voluntary returns for used medical devices.
A return of used devices will only take place if this was expressly agreed in writing before purchase or if statutory rights in the event of defects apply.

Elbnova GmbH is not liable for damage caused by improper use, installation, storage, or maintenance of the products.
Liability for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, and liability under mandatory statutory provisions remain unaffected.
The buyer is responsible for complying with the applicable legal requirements for medical devices. This includes, in particular, the requirements for setup, operation, use, maintenance, and servicing of the products.
The operator must independently check whether functional tests, safety inspections, or other legally required measures are necessary.
In case of doubt, the manufacturer of the respective product should be contacted.
