Shipping costs vary depending on the order, weight, product type and destination. The applicable shipping costs will be shown to the buyer before completing the order or communicated individually before the contract is concluded.

For used medical devices, bulky products, special deliveries or deliveries outside Europe, shipping costs are calculated individually and communicated before the contract is concluded.
Depending on the product, the shipping method, packaging, insurance and transport conditions may be agreed separately.
For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties, import charges, taxes or other fees may apply.
These costs are borne by the buyer unless expressly agreed otherwise.
Consumers generally have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days for distance contracts, unless a statutory exclusion applies.
The buyer bears the direct costs of returning the goods.
The goods must be returned complete and in proper condition.

Please inspect the delivery for visible transport damage immediately upon receipt.
If transport damage is visible, please document it with photos where possible and inform us promptly by e-mail.
Statutory rights, in particular warranty rights, remain unaffected.
